Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. During busy periods, some items may require 1–2 working days for processing. Please note that any order requiring age verification must be completed before it can be processed and dispatched.

Standard Delivery - Approx 4-5 Working days - £4.99

Age Verified Delivery (Required for all purchase containing a bladed product) - Approx 4-5 Working days - £6.99

Europe - Airmail (5-7 Working Days) - £20.00

Rest of World - UPS Express (10-15 Working days) - £30

Returns, Faults & Damaged Items

If you are not completely satisfied with your items, you can return them to Prepping Warehouse within 120 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition, including any packaging.

If you wish to return an item that has been used, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, provided the item is still in good condition.

Any faults or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost of return postage.

Please include a note with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return has been authorised, you will be notified by email. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days and will be issued to your original payment method.
