We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. During busy periods, some items may require 1–2 days for processing.
Important: Orders containing age-restricted items (such as bladed products) require successful age verification before they can be processed and dispatched.

Please note: Items which state 'Shipped from our European warehouse' arrive to us in large batches to our UK warehouse and take 10 - 14 working days, where they are then broken down and individually shipped to the customer from here, usually on an express service, this is when you will receive tracking, when your items are 24 - 48 hours away.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Dispatch times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
