The Karrimor Ia Medical Pouch Qr Modular is expertly crafted to provide swift access to essential first aid supplies, making it an indispensable companion for military personnel, emergency responders, and law enforcement officers. This tactical pouch is specifically designed to securely hold critical battlefield items such as trauma dressings and tourniquets, ensuring lifesaving equipment is always within immediate reach when every second counts.

Comprising two main components, the system features a detachable medical pouch equipped with highly visible grab webbing and a robust back plate integrated with the QR-Modular attachment mechanism. In everyday use, the pouch remains securely fastened to the plate via touch-and-close tape and a quick-release buckle. When urgent medical intervention is required, the buckle can be swiftly disengaged, allowing the pouch to be removed and carried directly to the patient without delay.

This rugged pouch is constructed from KS100e fabric, a military-grade 1000D Nylon enhanced with an internal waterproof elastomeric PU coating, offering exceptional durability, tear resistance, and protection against abrasion. Its exterior is treated with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish to effectively shield against rain, mud, and dirt. Additionally, camouflage versions utilise 500D Infra-Red Reflective (IRR) fabric to minimise visibility under night vision equipment.
